Among other honors, Orléans Embrace with The Secret Gardens of the Vieux Carré, with Ron Kenner listed as editor*, swept top awards in 2007, was the year’s most nominated Ben Franklin finalist, and won Ben Franklin ‘Best First Book’ and ‘Best New Voice’ gold medals! Two other Morgana Press books, Ruins of Grandeur, and Hearsay from Heaven and Hades…, edited by Ron have since won other major awards in 2008 and 2009.
